Mr. Homi Commissariat is the Executive Chairman of the company, with over two decades of rich experience in mechanical and Metallurgical Engineering applications centred in automated technologies. Being a Post graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from USA also loves to keep pushing limits and make positive contributions in his work. He has been a Vice President Abrasives Division – Wheelabrator Frye-I.N.C, USA for almost ten years. Thereupon fifteen years as Executive Director and CEO in the Rossi Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. Handling Engineering Application & Foreign Collaborations.
One of the founders of NATPL, he took up tasks and controlled the fine tuning of various inputs and application of the company.

Naryan Commissariat
Managing Director
Mr. Naryan Homi Commissariat the managing director of Nilachal Automation and Technologies Pvt. Ltd is responsible for company management, product innovation, and market fulfilment strategies. An innate innovator and thought leader, Mr. Naryan has been instrumental in identifying niche digital marketing opportunities and leading Nilachal Automation and Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on a successful year-on-year growth path in the mechanical and manufacturing verticals.
With 20 years of experience in mechanical technology and manufacturing, and with his astute insight into mechanism analytics, gadgetry technologies and business strategy, Mr. Narayan has helped NATPL deliver innovative solutions to manufacturing and mechanical brands. Prior to co-founding NATPL, Mr. Narayan was part of the Narayan Lambodar Behera and Associates company where he designed and implemented packaging machine, secondary packaging machine, ecodills and compressor.
Vedant Patil
Operations Head
Mr. Vedant patil is an Operations- Head of Nilachal Automation and Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for company Operations & administrations, product innovation & Promotion, market fulfilment strategies, Business promotion, System Implementations & Sales & Marketing.
With having 14 years of rich experience in Information technology and human Resource Management & administrations, operations & system implementations of SAP/ERP/Cloud 9. Mr. Vedant patil has helped NATPL to deliver innovative technology solutions with Complete automation in mechatronics brand of packaging Solutions. Prior to associate with NATPL, Mr. Vedant patil was part of the OTIF Components Pvt Ltd. where he was setup complete automotive components Forging Plant & Operations & administrations & Human Resource Management systems. He also setup 1 more establishment in Packaging Machine manufacturer in India & Abroad with Sales & Service support facility.
Nitish Sahu
Design Manager
Mr. Nitish Sahu is an assistant manager. Sensibility for the subtle nuances of shapes and sounds inspire his designs. His interest in textures is often reflected in his work. While his work focuses on creating meaningful product experiences also develop concepts and detail products for prototyping and production that connect with the manufacturing lines in the organization. From manual to fully automated machines, his designs always keep the balance between creativity and functionality, elegance and efficiency.
